Email Transcript Transferring Credits

Mr. Walters,

I received your request to review your transfer credit from Bob Jones University. Unfortunately, we can only accept credit from institutions which are regionally accredited. The accrediting agency in South Carolina and throughout the Southeast is the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Bob Jones University does not have that accreditation; therefore, we are unable to accept any of the credits.

My confusion is how some classes could be accepted by one school within the college and university system in GA and not another? Could you please help clear this up for me?
